Plate Heat Exchangers

Serck Services offer a range of plate heat exchangers for
all applications and industries. We can supply gasketted,
welded and brazed units in a range of plate materials including: Stainless Steel and Titanium. Gasket material selection
is from a large range of OE quality gaskets to suit each
particular application.

Installations

Serck services offer a full installation service utilising our own well trained and safety conscious staff. We can also affect repairs to, or service and clean existing installations.

Cleaning

Along with new supply we operate a comprehensive cleaning, testing and repair service. Plates are stripped of their gaskets, chemically cleaned, washed, NDT’d for faults and re-gasketted- this includes oven curing for bonded gaskets.

Packaged Systems

It is also possible to offer ‘packaged’ replacement hot water and heating systems, complete with heat exchanger, control panel and primary pump. These packaged systems are the ideal alternative to older calorifier based systems as they require less inspection and certification. They are also far more efficient and can therefore save cost and energy.
