Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

Serck Services design and manufacture a range of shell
and tube heat exchangers for all industry. Our new facility in
the West Midlands can handle large diameter, heavy units common in oil refineries as well as smaller more specialist units for various applications. These applications include engine oil cooling, steam and other gas condensing, process heating and cooling, exhaust gas cooling and compressor cooling.

Materials

We have extensive knowledge and experience of the selection and fabrication of many materials: Titanium, Hastelloy, Duplex and Stainless Steels as well as more standard Carbon Steel and Copper Alloys.

Design

Our design team utilise many years experience in heat exchange along with HTRI software to design the most efficient and cost effective heat exchanger for your process. We also use state of the art Solid Edge 3D CAD software which can communicate with any existing customer CAD packages. Serck Services also lead the UK market in the use of computation fluid dynamic analysis to hone the design of critical units.
